Storm damage
Storm damage & insurance claims
Most homeowners file blind and get underpaid. Very little of that is the carrier being difficult — it is that nobody documented the roof before the claim went in.
- Step 1
We get on the roof
Every slope walked, impact points marked and photographed with the date on the file. Around 45 minutes, and you get the report either way.
- Step 2
You find out if you have a claim
Sometimes the answer is wear, not storm damage, and filing would cost you more than it returns. We will tell you that.
- Step 3
You file, with evidence attached
Your adjuster sees the same photographs you do. Scopes come back closer to complete when the damage is already documented.
- Step 4
We replace it, and show you the decking
One day for most houses. Before anything gets covered back up, you get photos of the bare deck — the part you are actually paying for.
If a contractor offers to cover your deductible, walk away.
In Georgia that is insurance fraud, and it exposes you as well as them. A company willing to misrepresent your loss to your carrier is telling you exactly how it will handle the parts of the job you cannot see from the ground. Your deductible is yours to pay. Anyone saying otherwise is telling you something useful about themselves.
