Gutters & roofline

The gutter and the roof edge are one job.

The drip edge tucks behind the gutter, so they come off and go back on together. Most rotted fascia we are called out to is a drainage problem that was never a roof problem.

Gutters

What we do on the gutter run.

  • Gutter Replacement

    From $9 per foot

Seamless aluminium rolled on site, hung with hidden hangers and pitched properly. Usually done alongside a roof replacement, because the drip edge and the gutter have to tie in together.

  • Gutter Repair & Realignment

    From $185

Sagging runs, pulled spikes, separated seams and downspouts that were never pitched. Often the real cause of a fascia board that keeps rotting.

  • Gutter Guards

    From $7 per foot

Worth it under pine and oak, which is most of Cobb County. We fit micro-mesh over the existing run where the run is sound, and tell you when it is not.

  • Gutter Cleaning & Inspection

    From $145

Twice a year under heavy tree cover. We clear the runs and downspouts, flush them, and send photos of anything we find at the roof edge while we are up there.

Roofline

The rest of the edge.

Soffits, fascia, skylights and ventilation. Same lift, same visit, and usually the same underlying cause as whatever brought us out.

  • Soffits & Fascia

    Quoted per run

The boards behind the gutter. Rot here is nearly always a drainage problem rather than a roof problem, so we fix the cause before replacing the timber.

  • Skylight Repair & Replacement

    From $650

A leaking skylight is usually failed flashing or a perished seal, not the glass. Replacement units go in during a re-roof while the deck is already open.

  • Attic Ventilation

    Quoted per roof

Ridge vent, soffit intake and the balance between them. Georgia attics cook, and poor ventilation is what takes ten years off an otherwise good roof.
